Customers in OntarioRake wheel orders will ship using Less Than Truck Load (LTL). Orders for rake teeth, connectors and hardware will ship with Purolator. In either case you will receive a notification email when your order is on it's way.

If not completely satisfied, return parts within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. All merchandise to be returned must have proper authorization from S3 Wireform Inc.
Please call 1-844-441-1010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you want to return and why you want to return it. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number, which MUST be included, along with a copy of the original invoice when your return is made.
Returns must be in good condition and be made using the original packaging (excluding warranty returns). A refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees) after merchandise has been received by S3 Wireform Inc. A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returns for reasons other than shipping error or warranty.
